Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Rooms can be booked by sending Travel Masters Private Limited a One (1) night non-refundable advance deposit by online payment gateway or by net transfer as per the details given.

Rooms will be subject to availability post booking f period and rates are subject to revision. Confirmation will be given only on advance payment.

Full advance is required to be paid for booking of Budget hotels and serviced apartments upon receipt of confirmation.


Payment

Guests have the option to make payments by bank transfer or cheque / draft to be issued in favor of “Travel Starr ( India) Private Limited”. Payable at Bangalore.


Cancellation Policy

  • One night advance per room is non-refundable.
  • 70% cancellation charges if cancelled between 70 or more days prior to check in date.
  • 100% cancellation charges for period reserved if cancelled between 60-0 days prior to check-in date.
  • 100% cancellation charges for period reserved No Show/Reduction in stay after check.

General Information

  • Rooms will be subject to availability & special discounted rates subject to revision without prior notice.
  • All rates are on a per room per night basis.
  • Please specify the room type required to be booked.
  • Any other meals besides breakfast are not included. They may be included on request on applicable charges by respective hotel.
  • All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax / VAT) are Government mandated and may change/ increase / decrease.
  • Hotel tariffs are applicable as indicated in the local currency –INR or Rs(Indian Rupee)
  • The hotel luxury tax is extra, specified separately – currently ranging between 12% to 15 % at different hotels and applicable on the published tariff or rack rates.
  • A Government of India service tax of 2.98% on Tour Operator is applicable on the total invoice.
